This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
You will be issued a temporary login and password for the application only. The login and password will not provide access to Family Access. Please complete required fields to request an account to enroll your child in grades PK through 8^th grade.
